Let us deal with IT
Why it works
Basically, it works because it’s simple, easy, and takes the stress away from your day-to-day. Outsourcing your IT department to us means you just don’t need to deal with it.
The right tools for the job
Our in-house automation engineers are the perfect example of that. We’ve created systems that avoid human errors to solve issues proactively. For example, our systems will automatically detect if an employee’s device is missing critical software and install it.
No additional intervention needed and no need to worry about everyone having the right tools for the job.
Making life easier
But more than that, we’ve been doing this since 2008. We are people-first in every way. So our focus isn’t just on making your life easier, we focus on making life easier for all of your employees.
Having stringent IT processes and security measures shouldn’t be cumbersome or impact the day-to-day functioning of your business.
And with us, it doesn’t. From zero-touch new starter onboarding (more on that below) through to clear communication from start to finish, our priority is improving the employee experience and getting IT logistics out of your way so you can focus on business growth.
Onboarding
New starter onboarding
First impressions are vital, especially when you’re onboarding your new starters. Everything needs to be perfect. Barriers to access at the start of a new job can cause friction.
Zero-touch onboarding
Most IT support companies will need to onboard laptops, PCs, and Macs by engineers manually updating and installing all systems and software – it’s time consuming and error prone.
That’s just not how we do things. Our employee onboarding process is completely zero-touch. No matter where your staff are in the world, a device is sent straight to their office or home – and here’s the kicker – when they turn on the machine, it automatically updates and downloads the required applications with no manual intervention.
Helping new starters settle in
To help your new employees really feel at home in their new roles, we’ll offer them a remote IT induction via video call and send them two parcels. One contains all of their tech, fully set up and ready to go. The second is a box of branded items (your branding, not ours). We’re talking hoodies, water bottles, notebooks, that sort of thing.
We find it really adds to the employee experience and gets new folks off to a great start.
