We are delighted to announce that Charlie Acfield will be stepping into the role of Managing Director at totality services, effective from 1st April 2025.
Charlie has been an integral part of our team, bringing a wealth of experience in IT services that dates back to 2005. His journey into the tech world was unique, beginning with a philosophy degree and a stint as a chef before immersing himself in IT.
As Managing Director, Charlie will lead our senior team in close collaboration with our helpdesk, customer success, and project management teams, striving to enhance customer service at every opportunity. He is also constantly on the lookout for emerging technologies and trends to innovate our operations and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
We are confident that under Charlie’s leadership, totality services will continue to excel, providing top-notch IT support and services to our clients.
