totality services started back in 2008 and these folks continue to work at the forefront of our business. Want to get to know them a bit better?
Luis Navarro, Co-Founder and Director
After more than 10 years working in sales and marketing with a range of household names (including TalkTalk, Centrica, and Sodexho), Luis saw an opportunity for change in the way IT services works.
Now living by the coast with his family, Luis has fully embraced the hybrid-remote working lifestyle that is a reality for many of the businesses we support. And he was instrumental in creating the remote onboarding packages we now use to help businesses with remote employees across the country.
He founded totality services with Pedro back in 2008 to bring a more personal customer experience to IT services for SMBs across the UK. And even as the company expands, he still loves to bring the personal touch to our clients’ discovery and onboarding process.
When he’s not at work, you can often find Luis exploring the coastline, hiking, travelling, and catching the latest Fulham FC match.
Pedro Martins, Co-Founder and Director
From Global Infrastructure Lead Architect at Vodafone to Global Data Operations Lead at Barclays, Pedro’s work history will tell you he is a certified IT geek (his words). Little do people know, he is in fact the life and soul of the party.
Adaptation is the name of the game as Pedro closely monitors innovations in the IT services industry to adapt and evolve totality services to provide the best possible service for our clients. Pedro’s unending eye for detail comes through both work and his wider life as he drills down into technical specifics here with us and loves to cook complex dishes at home.
Back in 2003 (in his undergraduate dissertation) he established a concept for the tech behind 24/7 customer service portals long before they ever existed. I’m sure that’s not how he would word it, but we like to keep things simple and clear.
Forever a computer nerd, Pedro has brought the technical know-how and focus on both scale and automation to totality services and our clients from day one.
Charlie Acfield, Technical Director
With us since 2017, Charlie has been working in all things IT since 2005. But his path into the world of tech was a little unusual, starting with a philosophy degree and working as a chef before diving into the depths of IT services.
We’re assured he still spends plenty of time creating wonders in the kitchen. Recent specials include Ankimo, Nam Tak Moo and Kalua Pig.
The entire senior team works closely with our helpdesk and project management teams to help improve customer service at every turn. And, much like Pedro, Charlie is always on the lookout for emerging technologies and trends to evolve the way we work and what we can deliver to our customers.
Charlie is all about family life, spending his free time with his wife, two lovely kids, and his lifelong love of cricket, rugby, and football.
