totality services offers a number of flexible IT support packages with no long term contracts. These packages are specifically designed to meet the needs and budgets of small local businesses that want fast and efficient support for PCs, laptops, printers, servers, networks etc.
Our packages provide unlimited remote support from engineers during office hours via telephone or email as standard. However, customers that sign-up to one of our “total” packages and who require onsite visits or out of hours remote support do benefit from discounted rates.
We also offer Block Hours and Pay As You Go options for customers who do not require help very frequently.
