What hours are you open?
9:00am-6.00pm Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. But we do have an engineer on-call outside of these hours.

Can you offer better value than my current IT support provider?

Not a problem. We don't have any unhappy customers and we'd be delighted for you to get in touch with them. Simply give us a call and we'll organise this for you.
How often can you back up my business information and data?
We can do this daily depending on your requirements. It's all automated, so you can have peace of mind that all your emails, documents and data are securely backed up.
Do you offer cheaper rates for registered charities?
Yes. To discuss charity rates please give us a call.
Can I meet up with you to discuss my requirements?
Absolutely. Just give us a call on 020 7748 3764 and we'll arrange a time and date to pop in and see you or go for a coffee.
Is the totality services Helpdesk software easy to use?
Does my company need to sign-up to a long term contract?
Absolutely not. All our agreements are flexible rolling one month contracts with easy payment by Direct Debit.
Why does totality services take payment by Direct Debit?
Setting up Direct Debit means less hassle and administration for you, and ensures that we can collect the right amount of money from your bank account on the correct date. We will notify you at least three days in advance of collection.
